• You provide your order confirmation email or purchase email address

Processing Time

We aim to process all refund requests within 24 hours of receiving them. Once processed, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the purchased tour will be revoked. If you change your mind, you're welcome to purchase the tour again at any time.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical difficulties with a tour, please contact us before requesting a refund. We're often able to resolve issues quickly, and we want to make sure you get to enjoy the tour you purchased.

Common issues and solutions:

• GPS not working: Ensure location services are enabled and you're outdoors with a clear view of the sky
• Audio not playing: Check your device volume and ensure the app has audio permissions
• Tour not loading: Ensure you have a stable internet connection for initial download

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, including but not limited to:

• Multiple refund requests from the same user
• Refund requests made after completing the full tour
• Evidence of sharing or redistributing purchased content
