Verythere provides self-guided audio tours that can be accessed via mobile devices. Our tours feature GPS-triggered audio narration, interactive maps, and offline functionality. Tours are purchased individually and provide lifetime access upon purchase.

3. Purchases and Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase will be honored.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased tour. Access is tied to the email address used at purchase.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund policy on all tour purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

5. User Responsibilities

Safety

You are responsible for your own safety while using our tours. Always be aware of your surroundings, obey traffic signals, watch for vehicles and other hazards, and follow all local laws. Never use headphones in a way that prevents you from hearing important environmental sounds.

Proper Use

You agree to:

• Not redistribute, resell, or share purchased tours with others

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the tour content for personal enjoyment only.

7. User-Generated Content

Our service allows you to record personal audio notes during tours. Any content you create remains your property. However, if you choose to share such content publicly, you grant Verythere a non-exclusive license to use that content for promotional purposes.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. GPS accuracy may vary depending on device, environmental conditions, and satellite availability.

Content Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure our tour content is accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all historical, cultural, or factual information presented. Venues, operating hours, and accessibility may change.

No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verythere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour giving rise to the claim.
